Sifton, Chief Judge) denying Petitioner-Appellant's motion for post-conviction relief made pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. We hold that a sentencing court's failure to inform a defendant of his right to appeal is subject to harmless error analysis and remand for further proceedings. Vacated and remanded.
