August Term 1998 Submitted: November 13, 1998 Appeal from a final order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Charles P. Sifton, Chief Judge) denying Petitioner-Appellant's motion for post-conviction relief made pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. We hold that a sentencing court's failure to inform a defendant of his right to appeal is subject to harmless error analysis and remand for further proceedings. Vacated and remanded.
